Gilabert states, "I am holding blogger Ann Logue accountable for her actions. If she is going to print lies, I am going to make her pay in the court of law." The basic defense for libel is truth. If blogger Ann Logue cannot prove that her allegations that Gilabert charged fees on phony returns as truth, she will have a long and costly court case.
