Letter From Priscilla Ma, Executive Director Smile Train
January 14, 2013
It's
hard to believe that 2013 is already well underway! It seems like just
yesterday I sat down with our team and planned our initiatives for 2012.
I hope that the new year is off to an amazing start for you and your family.
Here at Smile Train, we're starting 2013 coming off of a record-setting year.
In
2012, we provided more than 125,000 free cleft surgeries! That's over
340 surgeries a day — more than we have ever provided before.
Each one a modern-day miracle and a second chance at life. Each one a direct result of your support.
From all of us here at Smile Train and the children that we serve, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
If you have a moment, I'd like to share a short thank you video from our staff.
With your continued support, we can reach even more children suffering with unrepaired clefts in 2013.
Priscilla Ma
Executive Director
